🕐 Party Duration: 1.5 – 2 hours per event
👨‍🍳 Large Parties (30+ guests): We provide two chefs or one chef with one assistant to ensure smooth service — at no extra charge.
🌤️ Outdoor Cooking Only: All cooking is done outdoors. We cook rain or shine, as long as a dry, covered area is provided for the chef.
